How much do you charge?
Sessions are £65 a week for a 50-minute session, payable in advance by bank transfer.
How do I make an appointment?
By phone or by email, if leaving a voicemail, please note I will ring you back on the same day and the same applies to emails within my working hours of 9-6pm (next day if falls out of these times).
How does online counselling work?
Online counselling works in a very similar way to face counselling, but it takes place through secure video calls (zoom platform) or even telephone calls, depending on what you feel most comfortable. Some clients like to also alternate between these, I am flexible and open to this.
What face to face therapy do you offer?
I have two face to face locations, one is a standard therapy room in my therapy practice and the other is a yurt in its own field where we can sit or walk and talk. Both offer parking, disability access and toilet faculties. Both therapeutic spaces offer a warm and safe space for you to explore what you want to bring to therapy.
How many sessions will I need?
I offer open-ended counselling, which means there’s no set number of sessions. Some people come for just a few sessions to work through something specific, while others choose longer-term support. We’ll check in regularly to see how things are going, and you’re free to stop whenever you feel ready.
Is counselling confidential
Counselling is confidential and what we discuss stays between us. However, there are a few exceptions to this, which I will discuss at our first meeting.
Do I need a formal neurodiverse diagnosis?
Absolutely not, my strong belief and approach is that if you believe you are neurodiverse that is enough, bring yourself exactly how you are to our work together.
Who do I work with?
I offer tailored therapy to people aged 16 and up (including older adults).
My experience and qualifications?
