Before we start your therapy, I will ask you for information of how I can adapt my communication style and environment to support sensory and masking barriers you experience. You can schedule sessions around your energy levels, executive function, or special interests. If you’re having a low energy day you can still attend without leaving your bed.
Telephone counselling: No need for internet or laptops/tablets, I will call you at our scheduled time and we talk with no video.
Video counselling: Meet with me on a secure Teams platform at our scheduled time in your own environment either with camera on or off depending how you feel on the day. (there is no wrong or right way as its important to bring yourself exactly how you are at the time).
